My experience was outstanding. The staff greeted me with professionalism, attentiveness, and enthusiasm. They took the time to clearly explain the process after I completed my application, which made me feel well-informed and welcomed. I’m very impressed with the area and look forward to the opportunity to become a resident of this building.
I’ve lived at Moda Apartments for 13 years and have always appreciated calling this place home. Over time, however, I’ve noticed that the overall experience has changed — particularly with cleanliness, security, and the quality of upkeep. It no longer feels like the upgraded living environment it once was. I truly hope to see improvements in these areas so that the community can once again reflect the high standards that made it such a great place to live.
The tour was amazing! The apartment is definitely nice and cozy, and the amenities also brings a sense of peace outside of the home.
