Renting an apartment is not an easy decision to make. It's a commitment for years and I was scared at first, but I got to say I am very happy with choosing to rent from Zara. This is my first time I am renting an apartment and they explained Everything on the lease to and made the process so clear and easy. Thank you Ryan for doing this, I appreciate all the help in getting this apartment. Great customer service. I was able to move into my new apartment with out any issues. Signing the lease was very easy because everything was done online. Definitely recommending my other friends and family to rent with Zara.

I have been a resident at Zara for over two years now, and my experience has been consistently positive. The property is always well-maintained and clean, and the amenities are in great shape. The management team, especially Shanna, has been fantastic. She is professional, and incredibly quick to address any issues or concerns. For example, when my washer and dryer broke, a technician was at my door within two hours of my call. It's rare to find such attentive service, and it truly makes living here a stress-free experience.

Zara Realty has been extremely thoughtful and attentive to our needs. The maintenace team is fabulous, handling any problem very promptly and kindly. They are real wizards. And the staff is very human, nice, understanding and compassionate. We love living here. Whenever we've had any issues they've been more than willing to discuss them and to find a good solution, which is rare. I would highly recommend renting from zara Realty and I can assure you, I am a real resident here. While we understand that real estate is a business, they don't make it feel that way...maybe because it's family run.
