Public parking garage perfect for Roosevelt Island or nearby Astoria/LIC (not too many parking spots on the Island). Recently renovated. Low clearance 6'10''. Open 24/7. Monthly and visitors parking (different fees for residents vs non-residents). Highly demanded, there is a waiting list to get a spot nowadays.

A beautiful piece of brutalist architecture
As for parking : There’s plenty of free street parking right over the bridge. It’s a short scenic walk, or you can get a Citi Bike, there’s a few docking stations on the island.
Not the most beautiful. But very well priced, and with a good location. Some issues with dust, but that is the case with almost all large, covered garages in NYC. Self-parking spots are easy (higher levels) to find. And easy in/out. Bit of a hike if you live on either end of Roosevelt island, but the low prices make up for it. Like it. 💗
It is Roosevelt Island.Love it.So peaceful,clean -you will hardly believe it is right in front of Manhattan.You can go on foot or by bus which is free here,enjoy watching the river and of course use the Tramway on the bridge and look from the sky at the Island and the City.Believe you will have a wish to come here again and again
