Lovely place
The gym is very large (200 people). And it's very clean. Recommended.
I came to a sweet sixteen party here, the hall which it is part of the church it's pretty big. There is room for over 240 people. There are many offices in this building. Clean and organized place. There is not a parking lot which is commom for buildings in Manhattan but you can park on the street.
