Went there today to register a vehicle and have only positive things to say. Made a reservation, received several reminders of the appointment and from the DMV website filled out the necessary documents prior to arriving. The individuals that review your documents upon arrival are a bit rough around the edges but get the job done. Had a 10:30 appointment and was seen at the counter a couple minutes after my scheduled time. Two women employees, one a trainee, handled my transaction and I can't say enough how courteous and pleasant they were. For those of us old enough to remember the frustration of going to DMV, those days are over, especially if you utilize the reservation system. As an extra, this location has plenty of parking and seating for while you wait.
This was the most pleasant government office experience I’ve ever had in my entire life. The staff was friendly and happy. Every single one of them. Whoever is managing this location is doing an incredible job.
Great experience! Not your average or usual DMV experience. Very well organized, people check your paperwork beforehand, everyone was pleasant, there are people helping through each step. Didn't wait long at all.
Went there to drop off my plates after selling a car. There were at least fifty people there and I was afraid it would be a long wait. The guy at the door pointed me at the kiosk where another employee rapidly entered my details and gave me a slip with a call number. I was called in less than two minutes and the transaction at the desk took no more than two minutes. This was as efficient as I could possibly imagine.
