Huntington Housing Authority

If no one notices, the office has new hires. And most previous workers are gone. I just wanna share the difficulties that I have been experiencing with this housing office. Since under new staff. Prior to new staffing, there was a few things that were being addressed that were being taken care of by Kimberly and Miss Cynthia. Who both always did a fantastic job calling me with respect, helping me when I need to inquire about a Specific office. However, I have made several inquiries in regards to inspectors and investigators coming to my home. I’ve never received a call back. I never get an answer. I’m always told they can’t meet in person, etc. I would have to write. Which I have done I was so that all previous emails have to be disregarded and I have to show emails of correspondence between the current employees there. I have one voice message and I have multiple screenshots of voicemails that they have left me To income. I had no problem addressing the matter, but I was curious as to Why my other questions haven’t been answered or my concerns have been addressed. It’s a lot of back-and-forth lot of leading wording, implying things that would never said By rather myself or parties involved with myself. That’s just a brief description of the confusion I’ve been dealing with and the lack of Disregard for my state of health. They are the only office that don’t allow no face-to-face even with emails they make it difficult. They want you to say what they want you to say without explaining The truth. Seems like they want their away I was told we came here to clean house Because they were doing paperwork incorrectly, previously. And I totally understand that that is completely understandable , However, when you address people and your way of talking Rather, it’s implying or with leading statements it’s making it a bit difficult for us to comply. For someone like me, I personally felt defended. I felt like I was being looked at as a liar and I was not. It’s like the more. I’m honest the more they look for a flaw. I just want everybody to know. Remember the system is against us, especially if you try to keep your family together. It’s like if you’re poor, then really be poor and they make you feel that way too.
