I recently learned ship board firefighting here. It was a great experience. The instructors are clearly experienced knowledgeable people.
A great thing about Beth Page is the facility. It’s very impressive to see all the buildings and vehicles that are part of the multiple practice fields. One part of the training I will not forget is searching for survivors in the smoke filled containers. It was remarkable not only to see firsthand what it’s like to try and operate and function in a confined space full of thick black smoke but also to see how others handle the experience.
