They helped me with my unemployment issues. After wasting so much time on the phone I came here and was out within 30 minutes with my problems all taken care of!
The receptionist was very helpful I came to wrong office but still assisted me getting my problem solved.

I had had terrible experiences on the phone with unemployment so I did not expect anything positive when I went in person at the Hicksville office. Was I wrong. They are wonderful there. They bend over backwards to help and are so kind. I wish everyone working with the public were like they are at the unemployment office in Hicksville
I had trouble with unemployment claims online and could never get thru the telephone service line, so I had to talk to someone at DOL. I had a great experience at this office. Every staff I’ve talked to was very friendly, and I was able to get the help I needed quickly. They were also very nice about making sure I had all my issues resolved as I was getting ready to leave.
