Highly Recommend! Efficient, professional, intelligent, personable - these words describe all the employees who work here. A sweet, dedicated group of folks who are doing their jobs very admirably. I was able to renew my driver's license in less than 5 minutes from arrival to departure! Well done team!
I am so done with the Yonkers DMV. Disgruntled employees, long waits, not honoring online appointments and located in a totally congested location. So yes, I drove 45 minutes from Yonkers and paid a toll to go to the West Haverstraw DMV where I made an online appointment. Let me start this review by saying there is plenty of FREE parking in front of the entrance. All the employees that I encountered from the security guard to the welcome agent, Who lent me her pen, to the tellers to the photo takers were all kind and patient. Since I had made an appointment once they scanned me in, I only waited about five minutes before I was called. My best DMV experience so far. I highly recommend this office even if it’s out of the way for you.

The DMV is originally a place that is always crowded. It is difficult for the staff and the visitors alike. I visited in the afternoon on July 25th. However, all the staff were friendly and very helpful. In particular, the female staff member at window 13 was very professional and quickly handled a lot of tasks, including motorcycle permits, licenses, registration, and title changes all at once. I am very grateful and thankful. I have great respect for their service.
