Incredible experience! Sal is the Man! About a month ago my car (Toyota Scion Tc) started throwing a persistent P0500 check engine light code. Symptoms are a fluctuating Rpm needle and slight hesitation/stalling from the transmission @ moderate to higher speeds. Already being 'hands on' with my car and giving it the parts cannon (2 Front wheel speed sensors, ABS Skid Ctrl Module and 2 Transmission speed sensors) with NONE successful, I decided to get a professional diagnosis. Found Next Level Auto online, and set up an appointment with Sal. Not only was he very respectful of my own insight/hands on with my car, he also took me step by step through the entire process by phone, as he ran the Computer Tests. And he was able to pin-point the Speedometers OUTPUT as the problem. Likely from an intermittent (Internal) circuit failure happening inside the Speedometer unit itself, requiring replacement. I NEVER would've figured this out myself if it weren't for Sal's extensive testing! And I can now start getting my Car back on the road Lol. Thank You, Thank You, THANK YOU Sal. Before I found Sal, I had unfortunately been taken advantage of at two other places. I paid for parts that were never replaced, and my car continued to have issues. I was so concerned about my daughter's safety and the potential risk my car posed to other drivers that I was considering getting rid of it entirely.

I wanted to install an after market intake system for my car (Since it's an after market part so the fitments were kinda off which made the whole process a bit diffcult). But Sal's very professional and very patient during the process. He also made sure everything's fine no leaking & no check engine light.

Had a plethora of electrical issues.. Sal not only resolved said issues, but also walked me through every step of the way, while also keeping me up to speed about the current steps being taken, along with the steps needed to be taken in the future.. 11/10 experience; definitely recommend, definitely will be using their services again.
