My wife and I had the opportunity to visit Bayside VW today 4/9/2025. We met an amazing crew of people that welcomed us with undeniable warmth, enthusiasm and spirit that immediately touched our souls. This experience in a sales environment was outstanding and quite pleasurable. Our salesman Alessio who greeted us was extremely cordial and professional. He assured us that he would do his absolute best to assist us in every aspect towards making sure we were completely satisfied in whatever vehicle that we decided to purchase. While he initiated his first encounter with us he asked us if we had a particular vehicle in mind. We met a few employees during our visit who all made us comfortable and made us feel valued. Customer service in a dealership should exemplify being cordial, professional and be eager to answer our questions with confidence and make your experience is a pleasant one without feeling rushed or in anyway uncomfortable. We met Dave, Anthony and Sally and the receptionist. Each person showed their appreciation and enthusiasm in making the selling and buying process painless. Alessio is a friendly, diligent and knowledgeable young man who we were impressed with from our first encounter until explaining the last feature of our new VW with patience and precision. The other employees were equally as impressive in every way. This entire sales process felt like an experience far beyond a hard core sales environment. Bayside VW should be proud of these individuals for their awesome work ethic and their commitment to satisfy their customers in every way imaginable. This establishment has put my faith in what the human spirit should exemplify in any environment. These individuals did it with professionalism and integrity of which my wife and I owe them our gratitude.
