From the moment that he came shook our hand he explained every detail that he was going to do in the process of replacing our roof. He was polite. He was professional. His crew were also very, very polite. Very punctual toke excellent care of us , quality work have no regrets whatsoever would hire him and have already given his name and number to many of our friends!!! Nixon and his team recently built a catio for me, and I am very pleased with the results.

My front steps were crumbling and rotted out from carpenter ants and wood rot. After seeing the great reviews, I called Nixon for an estimate. He came out, arrived on time and gave me an honest reasonable estimate. He and his team did an outstanding job. Nixon is a professional. He promptly returns calls, kept his word and did the work as promised on time and budget. Most importantly the new stairs look great and are an improvement over the old design. I would definitely hire them again whenever I need work done on the house.

Nixon was great! He showed up on time, very accommodating, and very responsive. Even did a little extra for me placing a cover over a soffit vent hole that a previous contractor left incomplete and never came back to fix. He replaced all 5 of my front porch supports and did so quickly but with attention to detail as I am planning to refinish the rest of the porch myself. The crew cleaned up after themselves nicely. Piled all the garbage into one place for me to dispose of later and most importantly he quoted me a fair price to which I was agreeable. I hate trying to haggle or negotiate, the price is the price and a fair price makes the process much more pleasant.

I met Nixon at a gas station in New Paltz and stopped him to explain my situation with needing my siding instead on my new house which I started and couldn’t Finnish. We agreed a fair price and he was a man of his word. I’m very pleased with his craftsmanship.
