Food was okay, only went in for the first time to check it out. They had a woman playing the harp when we arrived and the Christmas music she played was beautiful! The gentleman at the counter was nice and helpful, but they did mess up on our order. They forgot the bacon in the bacon egg and cheese sandwich! Then comes over with 2 pieces of bacon and apologized and told us to put it on the sandwich ourselves. Uggh so rude. But that time ur egg was cold. So it could of been better to be honest..also they need to lable more better when it comes to ingredients inside the pastries they have for eating. I'm allergic to nuts and can't have them, so they had no signs up at all saying what was what.....so wrong .....

Lovely place for breakfast sandwiches, pastries, and coffee! I'm not a local and felt right at home. Very friendly staff! Plenty of parking and places to sit, indoor and outdoor.

We arrived at Noble Coffee just 10 minutes before closing, and Robert was incredibly kind, warm, and treated us like family even though they were about to close. We tried the pumpkin latte and their delicious pastries. If you’re in the area, I highly recommend visiting Noble Coffee Roasters. You’ll feel right at home in their cozy, relaxed atmosphere ❤️

On our way to tour the Walkill Watchtower Farms, my wife and I were looking for a quick, easy, and delicious coffee spot, and Noble Coffee Roasters absolutely delivered! It was far from a disappointment. I thoroughly enjoyed the arugula breakfast sandwich, and my wife's ABC breakfast sandwich was equally fantastic—you could taste the freshness in every bite. And the coffee? Simply amazing! My lavender latte was a particular highlight. The service was excellent too; we met such a nice person there. We can't recommend Noble Coffee Roasters enough and will definitely be back if we're in the area again! 👍😃

My 1st visit was yesterday. I took home a slice of carrot cake, a blueberry torte, and a pecan torte to share with my honey. He informed me that he didn't like carrot cake but would try it. We loved them all. He loved the carrot cake the most. So did I!!!

Today, I'm trying the gluten-free carmel turtle cookie. Oh my goodness, the best gf cookie that I have ever tasted. Soft, chewy, full of flavor, and AMAZZZZZING🌻

He is loving the house coffee, and I am loving a chai latte.
