I used Number 1 Auto Transport to ship my car from New Jersey to Colorado. They partnered with Umbrella Auto Transport for the delivery. The entire process was smooth, and my car arrived on time with no issues. I especially appreciated the option to pay with Zelle upon delivery and the allowance of two bags in the trunk for free. The price was reasonable. I did have to call a few times to confirm my pickup day, but overall, the service was professional and reliable.
I was referred to James Ryan (extension 204). He, as well as Alex the dispatcher and Andrii the driver, did a great job making sure my car was delivered properly and on time. Communication was excellent, it's nice to actually speak to someone on the phone. James made the whole process seem a lot more effortless than I'm sure it actually is . NUMBER 1 did a great job shipping my vehicle and I wouldn't hesitate to use them if I need to ship again.
Amazing experience! I worked with James, who assured me that the transporters they partner with are top quality and he wasn’t kidding. The transporter assigned to deliver my car was punctual on both pickup and delivery, and consistently kept me updated, even letting me know when they were about an hour away.
They maybe a little more expensive than others but you get what you pay for. I would use them again.

We used this company twice to transport our vehicles from New York to Florida and vice versa, and they did a great job. Their prices are very competitive compared to other companies, and the service is excellent. The customer service is very friendly (Rob is fantastic). I can recommend them enough.
