    Doctors are good but the front desk is terrible. Lack of compassion and empathy. Unorganized and long wait times even with “appointment”

    Dr Choudhury is a wonderful doctor with a fabulous bedside manner. The nurses are awesome also. My issue is with calling for an appointment. The call goes to some central receptionist. She will never give you an appointment that day. Urgent care it is when not well, unfortunately.
