It was very relaxing however I give 3 stars because I got a "Deep tissue massage" and nothing about it was a deep tissue massage. It literally felt like someone was just rubbing my body very weird didn't even bother to do my feet. not pressure to really get deep in the tissue. I am willing to try again, but it would have to be a different masseuse. Over all though the place is beautiful and clean and the music was so relaxing. Workers were very friendly as well.
I made same day appointment for a massage and it was amazing the place has a zen vibe and very clean my only complaint is the room, bed and oils could have been warmer.
Clean relaxing atmosphere the set up was beautiful...
However the most important part the deep tissue massage was not so great. The lady was slightly too firm on my body. At times it felt like she didn’t want to give me a massage. I tried to relax but the room was COLD. She was also rough placing my hands on the side of my body. I thought a deep tissue massage was supposed to massage into the deep tissue muscles. She asked me was everything okay I told her yes. This was my first deep tissue massage so I had nothing to compare it with.
I decided NOT to return here again.
What can't be said about this place!? The atmosphere, the cleanliness, the professional and friendly staff, it's truly a wonderful salon. For places in this area and for this caliber of service, you'd expect to be grossly overcharged. Not here! The prices are fair and a few of the services are actually very low priced in comparison to other salons. I took my disabled sister here for her birthday. She and I got massages, manicures and full-service pedicures. They made her feel special and beautiful! Often, even in professional settings, people will not know how to treat disabled individuals. You treat them like people! Because that's who they are! I didn't have to explain anything or ask them to be gentle with her. They are extremely perceptive and intuitive professionals. It was one of the best experiences she's ever had. Thank you.
