I bought a hearing aid that was advertised on the internet for $275.00 when I received it there was little help to be had by the internet company. The hearing aids would squeal, and crackle and I could not use them. I called their customer service number, and they told me I could upgrade for the $395.00 for free. I received them and they also were no good. I returned them. The sound was loud but not at all helping me hear higher pitched sound. I returned them also. I then bit the bullet and called Garden State hearing. Ok they were a bit more expensive, but I got an affordable set from Mr. Kirsh, He tested my hearing in soundproof booth and set my new hearing aids to the settings I needed. WHAT A DIFFERENCE! I can hear things that I could not hear before. He set a follow up visit a week after I got them, and another follow up visit a few months later. This guy cares about his customers. I am so disappointed that I wasted my time with the, what I thought was a good deal on a cheap set from the internet. My advice is don't bother with the cheap hearing aids on the internet. Give the Garden State Hearing folks a chance. You won't regret going to folks that really value their customers. They taught me about cleaning and caring for my aids. I am writing this because I am so impressed with their service. All visits follow up visits were included in the price of the hearing aids. I usually don't bother writing reviews but feel if I can help someone decide on a place to go, I would do it.
Just ok.
