Montgomery BJJ is an outstanding school! The 11 AM class is fantastic—great energy, solid instruction, and a welcoming atmosphere. Coaches Max and Victor are excellent—highly skilled, professional, and always attentive to details. They create a great learning environment for all levels. Highly recommend!
I attended the morning class - it was great. Special thanks to the coach Victor! The place is not only an amazing, clean, professional school for Brazilian jujitsu, it is a welcoming, family-oriented, down to earth space that allows you to learn, grow and be a part of a strong family. I have tried other martial arts studios and gyms, but this is the first place I’ve seen such strong emphasis on helping to develop a person in the skills and art of Brazilian jujitsu, while improving aspects of life such as stress management and empowering self-love. I am impressed on how I’ve been able to learn so much and feel like a part of the Montgomery BJJ family just from all the guidance and constant motivation. This place has helped to uplift me and I highly recommend it to everyone!
My experience at Montgomery BJJ has been super enjoyable and positive. The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely passionate about BJJ. They take the time to ensure that each student understands the techniques, regardless of skill level.
The gym has a great atmosphere, fostering a sense of community among all the members. Everyone is welcoming and always willing to help each other improve. The facilities are top-notch, clean, and well-maintained, which makes every session enjoyable.
Whether you’re a beginner or advanced, Montgomery BJJ offers something for everyone. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to start or continue their BJJ journey.
From general fitness to hardcore BJJ training, Montgomery BJJ is the premier school in the area to join. I joined with a base BJJ knowledge and quickly learned how much more the team had to teach me. Every single time I walk in through their doors, upper belts go out of their way to help me with my game. Every coach is welcoming, helpful, and of course incredibly knowledgeable. Even on the days that I’m not sure I want to go, I always walk out thankful I did.
Our daughter wanted to try a martial art, first asking about karate. We did the one day trial class, and she was hooked. One year later she never wants to miss a class, she’s built confidence, carrying herself in a positive manner, her academics have improved, and she looks people right in the eye. She took a bad experience from a few years ago and has turned it around. The coaches have been wonderful, especially Max, and professor Miquel, and the senior/adult students work with the younger ones, fostering a family atmosphere. From classes to competitions I can’t recommend Montgomery BJJ enough.
