Rafael was super helpful. He took a look at my armrest with the leather cracking beyond measure and told me he can fix it ASAP. The next day picked up my armrest and it looked good as new! Super satisfied with NY Auto Upholstery. Will definitely come back in the future!!
My front seats leather was completely worn out beyond the foam. In 2 days Ny auto upholstery made it as good as new! He also made me a second key. Very happy, would recommend
I HAVE TO SAY THEY DID A OUTSTANDING JOB ON MY SEAT LOOKS BRAND NEW -I wish I took a picture of what it look like b4 this great job was done and they redid my whole headliner in black instead of the beige color it was-I couldnt have been more satisfied.Thx U Rafael-Excellent job.
Came in looking to replace my 2005 Volkswagen Beetle Convertible top, due to water leaking inside! The guys gave me a great price, and I absolutely looooove the way it turned out! They went above and beyond by fixing my headliner, and my door panel insert as well ! The customer service was impeccable, they were so so kind and generous! I am forever grateful! :)
