I finally made the drive to see what this place was all about. It had about every antique category you can think of and a ton of watches. Kirk was patient with answering my questions. Highly recommend. Thanks Kirk I will be back.

I couldn’t believe it but this one time he bought something I had brought to him to sell and when I went back a few weeks later he had money put aside in an envelope for me bc he said the item was actually worth more then what he had originally paid me!! I said wow that’s really honest of you… I would have never known and he said but I would!!

It’s rare to meet people as trustworthy and honest as that especially in that industry. I’ll never go anywhere else!

Kirk is a very down-to-earth person to work with. He was able to fix up my grandfather's watches after his passing, which let me continue to wear them. He replaced 2 of the bands as well, since I have very small wrists, and made sure I was happy with the finished result.

I had sold him a pocket watch, and the chain turned out to be made of 14k gold. Instead of keeping this to himself, he reached out to me and gave me extra money for it. I had no idea it was made of anything special at all.

I always come to Oakdale when I'm looking for something specific, or even browsing or passing through. It's a little drive from Mount Sinai, but it's well worth it knowing that I'm dealing with an honest owner.

Well I've been hearing about this place for a while and I finally got a chance to stop by. It is truly a hidden gem of an old school antique store! And the shelves were full of really cool stuff and reasonably priced. Definitely a little bit of everything from Antiques to Vintage items like records and toys! I'll definitely put this stop on my list every time I'm in the area.
