These guys have done A LOT of work in our house. They are really friendly and do a great job. They service our furnace and water heater, change filters, and installed our pump, charcoal filtration (which FINALLY got rid of the sulfur smell in our water), and water softener. They are awesome and I can't recommend them any more highly. Just an amazing and professional company!
I have always had a great experience with O’Neill’s. They are always so professional and courteous. I also love how accommodating they have been. My house was hit by lightning and all of my appliances blew out. Home Depot wouldn’t connect the new gas (propane) stove or dishwasher. Suburban propane said they could book me in 5 weeks. When O’Neill’s heard my situation, they made it a point to fit me in as soon as they could. I can’t tell you how appreciative we were. I would definitely use them in the future and recommend them highly to anyone who is looking for a plumber.
My experience has been hit or miss with them.
The first two times I called them, they were very responsive; they came right out, did excellent work at a very reasonable rate and were very pleasant to deal with.
The third time I called them, they didn't answer and I left a message asking they call me back. A day later, when they hadn't called me back, I called them. Still no answer and no call back. I tried them one more time before calling another company who I ultimately had do the work.
I never did get a call back from them. I was honestly wondering if they'd gone out of business, but I saw a recent review, which I assume means they didn't.
If you can get them in the phone, they're good, but I guess you've got to catch them on the right day.
We've been using O’Neill for years. They’re great. Very knowledgeable and always friendly. We have an old, old house and, aside from the usual issues, they have come up with some good solutions to old house plumbing oddities.
