Owner SCREAMED at my mother for simply stopping her car to ask where she should park her car that was to be serviced. Guy went absolutely ballistic, cursing, screaming and shaking at my mother

The owner has a record of being disrespectful to everyone, especially women. T&J is down the road, cheaper, faster and certainly more respectful. Don’t give this head case a penny. If you want to see a grown man scream and cry, simply exist in his presence

Edit 5/15/2025: found out they were under new ownership and the young man in charge has really turned it around.

Was driving from CT to PA for the Thanksgiving holiday to visit family, and had had some work done on my car before our road trip began. On our drive we started hearing a concerning noise coming from where I had just got work done. Called a couple of places in town, as we were over two hours from home and never been in this area and everyone was busy and couldn't take a look, Owen's was the only place that said they could take a look, even knowing we've never been a customer before. We headed over and one of their guys took a look at what was going on. He assured us we were safe to continue our trip. I couldn't begin to express my gratitude for them taking the time despite being busy to check everything out to make sure we could safely make it to Thanksgiving.

I’ve used Owen for all my car repairs and servicing since I moved to Carmel in 2016. No complaints only praise! The work is always done quickly and most importantly honestly. On more than one occasion I brought my car there thinking I needed service. After he inspected my vehicle he told me that I didn’t need it and I went on my way! Can’t argue with that!8

My go to spot for easy in and out gas. Full service and very friendly people. Always treated fairly when I get repairs too.
