Absolutely the most reliable and experienced fuel company in our area. Their response time is unmatched and their technicians are experts in their field. If I could give more stars, I would.
We have had Pelco as our fuel supplier for over 20 years. They are reliable and efficient . They are a small family company that have helped us out at a moment’s notice. I have only good things to say about them !!!
If they were excellent they came as soon as they could on a Sunday. We have the maintenance contract they fixed everything perfectly, added three new parts didn't have to pay for anything because of the service contract. well worth it ,excellent quality, excellent service highly recommend.
We had specifically told them to come often so we don’t run out of gas.... and guess what? It’s been 4 months since their last delivery and we had no heat or hot water last week. We called and thankful they were quick to come in to delivery gas (which is why they deserve a 2 stars at least). We were charged a way higher price per gallon had they come earlier the past few months to fill it. Anyways, just a bit disappointed that now we have a huge bill to pay at once...
