I absolutely love this store and will always choose it over Petco, and Petsmart. I admire the way they house the animals they have for sale. Their fish are not in small containers, but are in actual fish tanks and look happy and healthy. They also have leopard geckos, rats, sometimes hamsters, and sometimes birds, but every animal I have ever seen here looks great and well cared for no matter how long their stay. I have two leopard geckos and a dog. The first time I found out (over a year ago) that this place has ALIVE mealworms and wax worms I was ecstatic! Finally no more buying expensive containers of half dead worms at Petco, on top of them having a hard time knowing when they'll get their shipment of worms. Pet Goods staff has always been on top of their shipments, and helping me get as many counts of worms I need for my geckos. When it comes to the dog food I have never had a problem finding what my dog eats, and always at a much affordable price than anywhere else. The selection of dog treats, collars, and leashes is also great! All in all, this store is amazing, and the staff is and has always been amazing at helping me with anything I need, and is always very friendly. I will continue to shop here for all my pet needs, and continue to recommend others to do so as well!

Best customer service I have ever encountered at a pet store. All the girls were extremely informative When purchasing my Bearded dragon hatching! Highly recommended

We love this place for majority of our pets needs! From crates,beds, probiotics vitamins, flea & tick prevention , cat/dog food etc…we get everything here! The vip loyalty rewards is also very helpful as well if you’re a returning customer! Highly recommend here more than petsmart for your pets needs!

I do like the selection of dog treats and items at this particular store. However, I have a massive issue in my house due to the Purina Pro Plan dog food I was purchasing for a dog I took in after his owner passed from terminal cancer. I didn't even see all the larvae at first so I felt terrible I fed it to the dog. I noticed the bugs, went online and read that so many other people are having this exact issue and only with Purina Pro Plan. I have other rescued dogs in the house, all on different food for their skin/allergy issues, my own dogs and dogs I train are all in and out of the house, and I have never had this bug issue with any other brand of food. I have been purchasing the largest bag it comes in from this pet store for several months and each bag has the same issue. I now have an infestation in my entire house and I have been fighting them for many months. I just saw another fly by me so I decided to write this here and also write to Purina.
This store is great with everything else but do not purchase the Purina Pro Plan dry dog food. Switch your dog to something else and buy that from here instead. You don't want to serve your dogs kibble and bugs.
