Pinnacle Trips

We finally realized our dream of going to France on our 34th wedding anniversary in June 2025. Frank Bastone incorporated all of our wishes for Paris, Normandy and the French Riviera into an unforgettable, romantic, historic and fun two week itinerary with no stress, private tours & transfers with luxury accommodations. We were able to make payments as our budget allowed over time using a link he provided. Merci beaucoup! I can't wait to plan our 35th!

Frank at Pinnacle Trips provided us with a seamless trip to Croatia this past May. Every detail was covered, and we were able to relax knowing that drivers and tour guides were waiting for us every place they were supposed to be. The hotels he selected for us provided wonderful service and were located a perfect distance from main attractions. It was a joy to not have to figure out flights, especially because, given our itinerary there were no direct flights. I look forward to use Pinnacle trips for our future travel.

My wife and I wanted to share a special experience for our 70th birthdays and decided that we wanted to take a small ship cruise on the Great Lakes. Frank Bastone at Pinnacle Trips came highly recommended by one of my wie's good friends and we decided to use him and his services. Based on our trip and our experience with Frank, we would highly recommend Frank, Pearl Seas Cruises and their ship the Pearl Mist. Frank handled all of the arrangements for our trip - the 11-night cruise Great Lakes and Georgian Bay intinerary, sailing out of Toronto. We stopped in Toronto, Cleveland, Detroit, and Mackinac Island among the many places we visited.

Ftank also took care of our flights and our pre-cruise package. Frank was very professional and stayed in touch as needed as our cruise approached, a year after we originally booked it.

On board the Pearl Mist, The food was top notch, the service was very attentive and personal. Our stateroom - a catgory K on deck 4 - was roomy and well appointed. We were able to get on all the excursions we wanted. The pre-cruise package was great - we ate at the restaurant in the Westin Toronto - indescribable - our first meal at a restaurant with 1 Michelin Star (while the hotel was, this meal was not in the pre-cruise package).

The travel arrangements worked out flawlessly. I could go on and on, but won't. Thank you so much Frank all your help and patience - it made our trip all the more less stressful.

I am so happy that Frank at Pinnacle Trips recommended Turks and Caicos for our winter getaway. It was perfect! The Ocean Club Resort was exactly what we were looking for, quiet and right on the beautiful Grace Bay beach. It had a great casual restaurant right on the beach and plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas right on the beach with bar service. It was beautiful and relaxing. We are forever indebted to Frank for this recommendation and for setting up all the accommodations!

This was our third vacation using Pinnacle Trips, and the best!
Frank set us up with a great vacation plan....first, he works with great companies (touring companies) in Italy and Spain, our destinations. We stayed in 5 cities in the 2 countries so this vacation required a lot of logistics - transfers/train trips/air trips/ and proper amount of time in each city to see the sites, take the proper tours, and also managing a lighter schedule every 3rd or 4th day to enjoy and not exhaust ourselves.
We stayed in Lake Como, Venice, Florence, Barcelona, and Madrid. Every transfer to or from a hotel, airport, or train- was in a Mercedes Benz vehicle....it was first class all the way and the hotels were all "boutique" hotels - not huge chains but with 1st class service all the way. We spent a day in Como/Lugano (Switzerland), Pisa, Sienna, Giminano, toured a vineyard, had a great authentic dinner at the vineyard home, saw an authentic Flamenco show in Madrid, we couldn't have planned it any better. Definitely the kind of vacation you need to work with a travel agent AND touring company and Pinnacle trips set us up perfectly for the few things we wanted to do, and many things that we didn't know much about that turned out to be highlights of the trip!
We went late September/early October, which is an excellent time weather -wise for those countries. We will be using Pinnacle Trips again.
