Besim is very responsive, honest and reasonable. He helped us install a new sump pump last year, and this year he helped my elderly neighbor get a new septic pump in when hers broke. She was in a panic as she has tenants and Besim responded quickly, kept her informed and gave her a great price with a warranty and guarantee she could call him anytime if she had an issue.
