Pollo Campero

Terrible drive-thru experience. I was asked to repeat my order several times at the mic. I asked for total and was told to drive to next window. Got to next window and was told the girl was busy so she didn't enter my order. I had to reorder and forgot some of the items. I had asked for empanadas the first time and forgot at the window feeling rushed. On top of this, I ordered 2 drinks, a Jamaica and a Mango. Asked for a tray. It was not topped properly and was loose in the tray. Jamaica cherry red drink spilled all over my car seat while the girl in the window is asking me for payment instead of trying to help with the mess she helped create. Didn't realize until we arrived at the house that the Mango was a Horchata instead. My first drive-thru experience at this location may be my last. The chicken was decent, so may order inside in the future. It will probably be a while before I ever feel like going back to this location, though.

Very clean place, employees very friendly, food is delicious and hot

Love the chicken, very tender juicy and delicious flavor. I wish the sides were as good. Very comfortable seating, roomy benches. Plenty of parking. They seem to have expanded much lately.

Excellent. I was driving by and saw a Pollo Campero and knew I had to stop by for lunch after running errands. I havnt had Campero since 2015.

Excellent chicken as always, fresh, crispy, flavorful, juicy, all the words you want to hear about fried chicken.

I got my table card and was expecting a tray of food like how KFC or Taco Bell serves it but no. Kind young woman comes up to the table with your food on a plate! When we were done I’m used to going to a trash can and bussing my own table (like other fast food) but when I asked where the plate turn in was. They looked at me like I had 3 heads and said that you’re supposed to leave it there and a worker takes care of it afterwards.

You’re telling me I paid $13 for a 2 piece meal, 1 side, 1 tortilla, and a medium drink cup with unlimited refills. And they have service like that? I told all of my friends about the location, I will not be going out of the way for it but if I’m in the area then I’m clearing up all food plans and going back.

Chicken - 10/10
Tortilla - 7/10, I can’t hate on it, tasted like a tortilla but it fell apart. I eat with my hands and it’s all going down the same place, who cares
Yuca Fries - 9/10, I liked the sauce they gave with it
Empanadas - 8/10, delicious, wasn’t expecting a bit of sweet with refined flavors
Hibiscus/Orange Juice - 7/10, a bit too sweet but to each their own, I just cut it with water
Horchata - 10/10 when iced, the ice machine ran out of ice, I was impatient and filled up my cup and used my own ice at home.

Management should be proud of their team. Attached are examples of the food (I don’t let the camera eat first, I EAT first). Give it a shot if you’re in the area or debating another fast food chicken joint.
