Maureen helped me plan my disney cruise that my family took. She was available anytime i needed questions answered. She even asked about different event that made my granddaughters vacation memorable. There was an event that I was unable to reserve on my own due to work, Maureen got up at midnight to make the reservations for me. I would definitely recommend her for any vacations that you would want to plan. When I'm ready to do another vacation I will definitely reach out for her assistance.

My family and I could never thank Maureen enough for her help in planning our Disney trip. There are so many ways that she went above and beyond to help us. Not only did she help plan and organize, she also interacted with my family , including being the one to reveal our big surprise to my grandchildren on Christmas morning. Maureen was always on the lookout for promotions and ways to help us save money. She never seemed frustrated despite our frequent plan changes and some cancellations. When my daughter-in-law and I became a little anxious when it came close to our trip departure, she talked us off the ledge, answered our endless questions, and walked us through step by step. During our vacation, she stayed in daily contact to make sure everything was going as planned, answer questions, and help as needed. We couldn't have done it without her and we will be using her services again in the future.

I have never used a travel agent in my life. I am 71 and have traveled a good bit over the years. Planning and figuring out where to stay and what to do was always tiresome. I happened upon Maureen by happenstance through someone else. She planned a Disney trip for me in November 2023 and when my friend got sick at the last minute she had it rebooked for February 2024 within the hour and saved me a lot of money. She also booked my dining reservations and sent me helpful emails about how to navigate Disney+ and Virtual Que. I would have been at a loss without that help. I now realize that I will never plan another trip without her assistance. Wished I had known her ten years ago!
She also kept in touch with me during my trip checking to see if we were having a good time and if there was any way she could further assist me. She is a kind, helpful and knowledgeable travel agent. I tell everyone who asks me about my trip how great she is! Another big THANK YOU Maureen!
