I know I could not have done better anywhere else. All most gave up on our home fencing ideas and our color choice when vendors wouldn’t even respond because of the uniqueness of order. Finding Gerry made it easy from the start and was always very good with details, information and responding to all questions, beginning to end. All your suggestions, during, after, were very helpful too. It was a pleasure to deal with an honest gentleman, plus a professional operation.
The deliver was done very professional, very nice/polite driver that took great care in his job and the unbelievable well crated and wrapped materials was just how you described. Thanks for everything you’ve done to assist us!

Gerry is amazing, a true customer service pro. I needed a small section of custom color fence to repair some storm damage. I reached out to the original installer here in CT who gave me a price for just the parts that I though was alot too high. I searched the internet for a supplier of the fence I needed and found Gerry. From the very start Gerry was most interested in making sure I was only purchasing what parts I needed, then confirming that the color was correct. We probably spoke on the phone 6 or 7 times until he & I were sure we knew what was needed. Gerry then ordered the material and had it drop shipped to me. Gerry spent all of that time for a small order of only a few hundred dollars. I wish all of the suppliers I work with would be 1/2 as great as Gerry. I'd recommend him a hundred times over!

Working with Gerry was truly a pleasure. Before reaching out to ProFence Supply, I called about 3-4 places that are local to us here in central/north NJ, and each one took about 2 weeks to even return my call or email. Some never did either. Pretty frustrating to say the least, but very happy that I got to do business with Gerry. He had faster turnaround times, exceptional customer service, and was less expensive than the two other places that got back to me. Even with a missing part that wasn’t delivered, Gerry sorted it out quickly. Overall, it is one of the better experiences of doing business with someone that I’ve had. Would definitely recommend

Gerry was fantastic to work with! The ultimate professional, very helpful, patient and went above and beyond. The fence was delivered within a week, totally unexpected. We have not opened it yet but I'm sure it will be perfect. Gerry sent samples and was always diligent to make sure I had what I needed. Would recommend to anyone and if I have other projects, I will definitely contact him again!
