A Heartfelt Thank You to the Promenade Rehabilitation Team
My husband has been a resident at Promenade Rehabilitation for almost two years, and I would like to express my deepest gratitude for the incredible care, dedication, and compassion he has received throughout his stay. From the very beginning, the entire team worked tirelessly to support his recovery and rehabilitation journey.
Thanks to their professionalism, patience, and expertise, my husband is now returning home with remarkable progress and renewed strength. Every therapist, nurse, and staff member treated him with genuine kindness and respect, always encouraging him to do his best.
A special thank you to the Rehab team, including physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy, for their outstanding work and commitment. Their constant encouragement, skill, and compassion have made a tremendous difference in his recovery. They truly went above and beyond to help him reach every milestone. Thank you to the nursing department especially the nurses and CNAs who took good care of my husband but also I myself learned from them; skills that I will continue to follow when we are home and care for my husband. The dietary department always goes beyond its means in ensuring my husband's dietary needs are met. The housekeeping department always makes sure that his room is clean and sanitized. Not to mention his clothes are always available thanks to the laundry department. The business office and the admission department have equally put work into my husband's stay while in the Promenade. Last but not least is the Recreation Department; with the parties, outdoor activities, BBQs, luncheons, special dining, and holiday events never cease to amaze me at how they made my husband and me feel at home. The dedication of the staff to make you feel at home away from home is amazing.
Promenade is truly a place that goes beyond care — they build confidence, provide hope, and create a warm environment for healing. I’m especially thankful to the administrator Sam Samet for his continuous support and attention to every need.
Having worked at Promenade for over 20 years, I have always known the dedication and professionalism of this team — but experiencing it firsthand as a family member has been truly heartwarming. The care and commitment shown to my husband reaffirm everything I’ve always admired about this wonderful place.
After almost two years with my husband being in the facility, I can confidently say that Promenade Rehabilitation makes a real difference in people’s lives. We are forever grateful for all they’ve done to help my husband regain some of his independence and move forward. Thank you Promenade.

This is a great place, sent my father to this nursing home from another and he was treated like a king. With all the special events they give to the residents they make you feel like your home. Nursing staff is amazing. Thank you promenade for taking care of my father.
Wonderful facility! awesome nursing staff. did a great job with physical therapy as well.
I will try to be respectful in my opinions while expressing my criticism. When my mother was discharged from the hospital and to be transferred here. I initially wanted her to be elsewhere, but since the other facility wasn't answering calls. The first day, we reached promenade, not even gone inside. I had a negative feeling about it. Overall, there's no communication, no feedback, and no replies. So I'm hoping that this will help. At first, the staff will look at you with a smile, but now some staff have no eye contact. My mother is scared of being in promenade and without me saying how i felt about that place, and she's getting more depressed. She tells me she feels something is off and she dont want to be there anymore. I'm trying to find out how's my mother progresses in physical therapy so she can be discharged and return to the assisting living where she resides. So anyone from Promenade has a chance to read this. Please reply, and we can have a conversation by phone or in person. I would greatly appreciate it. I want her to be sent back to the assisting living.
