Love The Environment From the first Time I walked in. Everyone is extremely helpful. Antoinette Is a wounderful trainer and is keeping my football career on track.injuries that were obtained on the grid iron hindered me from performing at my best untill i met Antoinette. I really appreciate the hard work she does and staying on top of me about what needs to be done. Great Work PT of the City

The staff here is friendly, attentive, and very approachable — you can tell they genuinely care about their patients. However, it does feel like the office could use a few more hands on deck, as the team seems stretched thin and unable to give as much one-on-one attention as they’d probably like to. Luckily, this isn’t my first time doing physical therapy, so I was able to follow along confidently, but it might be challenging for someone new to the process. Overall, I really appreciate their professionalism and the quality of their patient care, but I do hope they bring on more support so the team can provide the focused care they’re clearly capable of.

I can’t say enough good things about this place! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed, supported, and truly cared for. The therapists are knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely invested in your recovery. They take the time to explain everything clearly, tailor the treatment to your specific needs, and constantly check in to make sure you’re making progress.

June 10th 2025 - I’ve had to update my review after continued visits. While I can’t bring myself to rate this place 1 star—because the staff truly are amazing and compassionate—the way this facility is managed raises serious concerns.

It’s baffling to see only two physical therapists scheduled for the day & at least one of them trying to manage up to six clients at once, with no additional support. Managing three patients might be feasible, but six? That’s not sustainable and clearly overworks your team. The scheduling needs serious attention.

There are times when clients begin therapy unsupervised, which is concerning. An aide or PT should always be on the floor—especially since the receptionist is already juggling multiple responsibilities and can't monitor everyone.

Unfortunately, the lack of consistent attention for my mother led us to switch providers. It was disheartening to see how overbooked the staff were—sometimes not even having time to take proper notes between patients. That’s not just inefficient; it’s an ethical concern.

This facility serves a large Spanish-speaking population, yet there are times when no Spanish-speaking staff are available except for the overwhelmed receptionist. That needs to change.

Finally, the constant rotation of staff creates confusion for both patients and employees. Consistency is critical in physical therapy, and last-minute switches only disrupt progress.

To be clear, the frontline staff are doing their best under difficult conditions. It’s the back-office management and scheduling practices that need to improve—urgently.

If you’re thinking of coming here—do it! I’ve really loved bringing my mom because most of the staff truly cares. Everyone is kind and understanding, especially the receptionists who are always helpful and full of good energy. The therapists are great overall, though we did have issues with two who were neglectful. I’ve already addressed it, so I won’t name names—but always speak up! Use the tablet, talk to a receptionist, therapist, or the manager—they do listen and take concerns seriously. The aides are also amazing, and Clary deserves extra kudos—she keeps everything running smoothly! I just hope PT of the City considers having aides on weekends too—it would really help things flow better.
