THE 5 STARS ARE FAKE !!!I have one aid Yolanda and the case manager Cris that would get them 5 stars for my mother’s care, but the everything and everyone else gets 1 star so I gave them 2. Marissa keeps playing games and patronizing me, which is why I will be leaving them ASAP. The bad outweighs the good. Unprofessional, rude, receptionist, The two good people should open their own agency because there is nothing ROYAL about the care.
