Luis runs a good operation. Nice folks and great repair work. Honest and no nonsense. I haven't needed to buy a used car recently but they will be my first stop when I do.

I had previously purchased a subaru from PTM, they always have a great selection of cars but always MANY subarus. When my father's 2007 Impreza started having major issues I suggested he bring it to PTM. We ended up having to have them come get it from our home with a flat bed. The car definitely gave them a run a difficult time it was one thing after another. Transmission treatment and 2 Catalytic Converters, and some other small repairs. Just as the car was ready to be picked up on its test drive they discovered a BIG issue with the engine. We already had a pretty hefty bill that it was at the point were a new engine would've made it not worth keeping the car. But PTM was so dedicated to helping us fix the car that the owner gave us a fabulous deal on replacing the engine. They put a lot of time and effort into fixing my Dad's subaru and we are so grateful.! The car runs beautifully! Much better than it ever has, since hes owned the car! It was a big job and it took sometime and ALOT of effort, but every step of the way they were in touch and up front with us. Before doing the engine, so my father understood what was going on, they insisted he come to the shop so he understood exactly what the job would entail and they were up front with costs, no surprises the bill was exactly what they said it would be! Big thanks to the guys at PTM, we are very happy with how the car is running and also extremely grateful for the time,effort, and car they took not only with the car, but with us as customers!

We broke our car while on the road . weekend everything closed . we asked in a restaurant for help. they gave us the information of this car shop. they gave us a place to leave our car, they called us Monday early and gave us the budget. the car was perfect, they repaired what was necessary, very professional. But best of all, apart from service, they are very kind and gentle people who help everyone equally. Thank you very much for such good service.
