Exceptional food! i have tried this place a couple times and never disappointed until…. i tried their tres leches😬, 14 dollars for a small cup and it had a sand-like texture, super sweet not balanced at all, by far the worst tres leches i’ve tried in NYC, no disrespect just remove that item from your menu, overpriced and low quality doesn’t align with the rest of your amazing menu!, i hope it gets taken into consideration:)
Second time coming to Puerto Plata Seafood & billiards and it has now become my family’s new go to spot. Came to celebrate my mom’s birthday and could not have asked for better night. Food and drinks were amazing!!! Annie & the rest of the staff are so attentive and they truly go above and beyond! Thank you all for making the night super special.

Anny was the best. She made sure to provide as many options as possible to the point where I didn’t even look to the menu I would just ask her. She would never disappoint. Daniel was our bartender and he was amazing. Whatever customization I would request he would accommodate. I will def come here again and I would recommend to anyone who asks. 10/10
Food was delicious. Jose was amazing and was very attentive. DJ had the best playlist. Canelo fight on the big screen and ofc the pool tables in the back!
