I went to the dentist for the first time in way too many years (embarrassed to admit it! 😅), and I honestly could not have asked for a better experience.
Lisa did my X-rays and was so sweet and patient, especially when I told her how nervous I was.
Brittany did my cleaning and was incredibly gentle, kept checking in on me, and made the whole process feel easy.
And Dr. Bhatti was so kind, calming, and straightforward — exactly the type of dentist you want.
All around a great experience. Highly recommend!
The office is clean and very caring
personable staff. They seem to be willing to work with my insurance which is a little complicated because it’s through my union and handle by a third party in addition to the primary insurance Blue Cross Blue Shield. I think they have a payment plan option for more expensive procedures- I’m not absolutely sure about that. I usually pay cash for whatever my insurance doesn’t cover. I usually check with my insurance and the dental office to try to get a heads up on my cost before I go because financial surprises just ain’t my thing. Good scheduling that I don’t have to wait 20-30 minutes for my appointment.Dr. Bhatti is very thorough and finds the smallest issues
during my annual visits but she’s definitely not upselling on non necessary procedures but she find issues that are problematic and most likely will be a much bigger issue in the future. Dr. Han does great surgical work and has a friendly manner and shows concern about your comfort and pain level. He allows time to explain procedures and takes time to answer all questions. ( I’m a little chicken when it comes to dentist visits) It’s a great team there. I appreciate their expertise in dental care.
Came in for a check up and cleaning. I haven’t been to the dentist in a while but I’m glad I found this office. Dr. Bhatti was very welcoming and a pleasure to speak to, and the dental hygienist Ivanna was very informative with me every step of the way and was gentle during my cleaning. I appreciate them both and every one in this office. Thank you for the great service.
