I hired this company for my employer. Great service! They came out to service his furnaces and gave a very reasonable quote for some work that needed to be done. This was also completed very quickly and they did a great job. I highly recommend them! :)
We called straight up after unsuccessfully troubleshooting our oil heater after this first cold snap. They were able to get to us same day and fixed the heater quickly and we now have heat! Couldn’t be happier! Services were friendly, helpful, and affordable! Will definitely be using straight up for any future issues!
I spent a week trying to find a plumber available in my town. No luck with call backs or messaging. At Straight Up Plumbers an actual person answered my call, took down my information and scheduled an appointment on the day I needed the repairs done. Amazing! Then on the day expected Sam arrived, assessed the job, gave us three cost options and performed the plumbing we needed all before noon!
Thank you Straight Up Plumbing , we will remember your service with everyone in need of a good plumber and great customer service.
Sam was very helpful in troubleshooting and solving our Clogged drain issue. We have had a couple of other professionals try to solve the problem over the years without success. We’ve also tried to solve it ourselves with a 100 foot snake also without success. My call was answered immediately, the service was the next day and punctual. We are very grateful and happy.
I had a leak in the ceiling from a faulty elbow for the baseboard hot water heating system. The technician repaired the leak but upon recharging the heating system a major leak happened because the elbow for the next baseboard heater snapped while the other was being repaired, which is turn caused significant damage to the Sheetrock in another area of the kitchen. It could have been worse and I don’t fault the technician and am thankful he was there to shut the entire system down before more damage could occur. However, I was also charged for the additional repair and also have more Sheetrock to repair now do to water damage. Water got everywhere, in the cabinets and leaked into the basement as well. In my opinion I should have not been charged for the additional repair as now it is going to cost me more out of pocket to repair the ceiling in the kitchen. Overall while this turned out to be more than I bargained for, unexpected things do happen and I while I am upset that more repairs have to be made beyond the original damage it could have been a lot worse.
