He did an adequate job. He showed up ontime. I do believe we overpaid a bit - and also, I had to have an argument over the merchant fee for using a credit card for half the cost, which he had promised to NOT pass along and then changed his mind and his wife insisted on charging that fee to us. After we copmlained, though, he called and did not charge the merchant fee we got it all settled but - it was just a bit aggravating. I do feel like we overpaid, again, but in the end he did a good job.
Chuck was absolutely incredible! Super fast response time and was able to diagnose and repair the issues rapidly. Also showed me how to identify the issue myself next time so that I can determine whether or not to call. I will not use another plumber.
Mr. Alessi was recommended by my oil company. Can not say enough how professional and what a wonderful human being Mr. Alessi is.It is very nice to meet someone with such integrity. Will definitely recommend, and use again. Serviced boiler with many problems,in no time at all. Thanks
