Quarry Place at Tuckahoe

We’ve had an incredible experience at our new apartment building. The attention to detail throughout the property is truly exceptional—from the thoughtfully designed amenities to the building’s commitment to sustainability and overall efficiency. The maintenance team is prompt and professional, always ensuring everything runs smoothly.

A special shoutout to Biannis from the leasing office, who has gone above and beyond since day one. She’s been incredibly helpful, not just with our move-in process, but also in helping us navigate everything within the community. Her warmth and attentiveness made us feel welcome right away.

We genuinely feel at home here, and that’s a testament to the care and effort the entire team puts in. Highly recommend!

We have lived at QP for almost 8 months. We had a rocky start, but Biannis’ addition to the team has made all the difference for us. She has shown genuine care and interest in the community and it’s needs and/or concerns. Bonus, our toddler looks forward to visiting her in the office on the regular!! :)

I moved in to quarry place in mid 2023 and the apartment complex, apartment itself and the team at Quarry Place exceeded my expectations.The amenities are accessible, and well maintained. The apartment was in great shape and is spacious and light filled. This is an accessible and friendly neighborhood too. My dog and I love it here.

Edit - reducing to 3 stars. there is a new management team on site in mid 2024 and the quality has gone down. The maintenance team is the same and they're excellent and work hard. From the management, residents find out about news and updates somewhat last minute (as in you can't park your car in the garage within 48 hours for cleaning and then the date changes...) The cleaning seems less frequent in public areas. The front desk / management team are slow to respond. My rent increased 10% between 2023 and 2024. It's a pretty good apartment all in all but I'm not as impressed as last year.

I've lived in Quarry Place over 3 year now and love it here. From Angelo and Marco, our professional maintenance team who get the job done in a timely manner -- to Biannis and Gary in leasing, they make living here so special. The building is great in a nice neighborhood with events that keep the community sound. With walking distance to Metro North it’s really convenient. Shout out to the incredible team who keep the building a great place to be. Thank you!
