I have nothing but a STRONG RECOMMENDATION - Upon beginning my journey as a disabled MS patient on Medicare, I needed assistance finding coverage for my rare prescription. As a single parent, I've been living with MS for over 25 years, relying on a high-cost specialty medication. Throughout my career, I’ve always had to choose the most expensive insurance plans to cover MRIs, medications, blood work, and other necessary tests to ensure my treatment was covered. So when I was unexpectedly taken out of work due to an unrelated surgery, separated from my job, turned 65, and transitioned to Medicare with supplemental insurance, I was devastated to learn that my new plan came with a $2,000 co-pay for my medication—plus additional costs for refills. The stress was overwhelming.

I am a senior citizen and recently had a “Hip Replacement”. This was one of the most traumatic experiences of my life. One of the discharge planning instructions was to inject blood thinners. Never personally injected medication before and called the pharmacy to inquired about the process. Thankfully the Pharmacist Gary is very thorough and prior to answering any questions he reviewed my medication history as Gary the Pharmacist and not the hospital or my PCP observed that I was using “Motrin” for pain and inflammation. He instructed me to immediately stop taking Motrin as Motrin should not be taken while also taking blood thinning medication. Thank god for Gary’s thoroughness and observational skills as I’m afraid to think of what could have happened if he didn’t check my medication list. Thereafter knowing my mobility was limited, Gary provided delivery services. With this kind of care, I will not change my pharmacist and if I were you, I’d start getting my prescriptions filled at QUICKRX!! I am grateful for the professionalism and work ethics practiced at this pharmacy!!

This is a first-rate organization in my opinion! Leah and Julia were so great to work with and were very compassionate and encouraging throughout the entire process. From getting approval from the insurance company to getting the script from the doctor’s office, they were excellent and communicated every step of the way so I never felt lost or abandoned ! I can’t say enough good things about the respect and diligence they showed towards me ! They got me my meds in a very timely manner and I am extremely grateful !!!!!
