I am very impressed with the Vivo Center located in the Bronx on Eastchester Road. Shelby the main nurse and Ashely who covered one evening are the best nurses. Kaylia and the other young lady who handles appointments are also the best. The facility is clean warm and friendly.
Was completely comfortable the whole time. Shellby was great. Although the experience was great i do miss the tropical music from the fir time i visted. In any case a positive experience.
It was my first time at this location and was nervous about my treatment. Immediately I felt at ease, they addressed my concerns. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Vivo Infusion Center in the Bronx makes me feel truly comfortable. The nurses are efficient, patient, and very attentive. Their professionalism and care create a welcoming and supportive environment. I would highly recommend this place to anyone in need of infusion services.
