To the crew that was on the ambulance in Bronx 10466 area. Jhonaton(just one guy name I can remember) thank u guys for your help. My nephew was unconscious, just 23 months old while I had dialed 911 I saw this ambulance crew over by my neighbor. We begged for help, in seconds they rushed to give professional assistance. We were so very pleased with the kind, respectful and caring customer service given by Kelvin and Kevin today!! They were so gentle with my 89 year old Dad. They treated him like he was their own family. They even took note of a photo in his younger years and shared a special memory with him.
