As we all know moving can be stressful and unfortunately, you deal with rental companies and agents that are horrible. Ben was not one of them, he was polite, empathic and communicated with a respectful tone. If i'm ever in need again of finding a new rental, I'll be reaching out to him first. Working with Marc Shagalow at Real Street NY was such a great experience. He helped us find an apartment we truly love, and the approval process was wrapped up in less than 24 hours! What really stood out to my wife and I was how he followed up with us after the move to make sure everything was going smoothly. It’s rare to find someone that genuine and thoughtful in this process. She did the heavy lifting on our search for a new place and said “Marc was the only realtor that spoke to her like a real person.” For context, she dealt with 7 or so realtors during said process.
