-Yafa was very quick to respond within minutes! on day 1 of me finding the listing. She would always check back and update us on the status and process; I never had to worry.
-Isaac was always readily available for multiple viewings and always made time even if he was already fully booked for the day and always checked in to make sure my husband and I understood everything discussed.
-Moishe made it a priority to negotiate on our behalf on terms that would help us feel comfortable in signing the lease.

We had the most understanding and patient agents who made us feel well accommodated throughout the entire process. In the end, we secured our dream apartment and are extremely happy :)
