They rewired and completely replaced the entire electeical system in my 4 bedroom villa located in Puerto Plata. This included all panels, breakers, conduit, outlets and light fixtures, interior and exterior. Also rewired my pool filtration and pump system. The work was executed in a highly professional manner meeting American standards that you would expect of top tier electrical professionals in the United States, including every code and safety requirement. Absolutely no shortcuts. The work was done in a timely manner and there was no haggling over price, service, terms, and quality. This company provided the 5 star service you normally find in the U.S. but here in the D.R. If you want it done right the first time with no stress, then Chris is the man that will make it happen.

Rella Electric – where do I start? From the moment I called, they returned my call immediately and scheduled a same-day appointment for an estimate. William came to my home, thoroughly went over all my options, and gave me a very fair price for the work that needed to be done.

They scheduled the actual work quickly, and when William and Brian arrived, they were on time, super professional, and incredibly hardworking. They explained what they were doing every step of the way and calmly handled any issues that came up during the process.

After the job was completed, Christina, the office manager, called to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction—and it absolutely was. There were a couple of small things I wanted adjusted, and she promptly scheduled someone to come out on their day off to fine-tune everything.

Anthony, who wasn’t even on the original job, came with William on his day off to make sure those final adjustments were taken care of to my satisfaction. On top of that, Christian, the master electrician and very busy owner, took time out of his day to call me personally and make sure I was happy as well.

I had a great experience with Rella Electric from start to finish. From the initial phone call to the on-site consultation and installation, the entire process was seamless. The project manager took the time to answer all of my questions and reassured me that no additional holes would be needed in my ceiling, and that a new electrical box could be installed to safely support our 55-pound chandelier.
Although my time request was short notice, they were able to accommodate me. Frank, the electrician, arrived right on time and installed the new electrical box between two joists with precision and without leaving any mess. He was professional, kind, and made sure everything was cleaned up afterward.
