I have to be honest, I loved this place. I've been to the area literally 50 times but never have eaten here. I walked in, and assumed it would be relatively plain based on the outside appearance. Instead, I found a very cool ambiance, a nice bar, and a prime rib special that is one of the best I've had in a long time. I will definitely return!
We were a group of nine and treated very well. Service was like family, food was delicious, dessert was top notch. Seriously, good place, military oriented, great drinks and the bathroom was clean. Can't ask for much else.
Just tried Richie's for the first time while staying in Bear Mountain area. Brought my mom visiting from Europe, and we were both impressed! The prime rib roast and lamb chops were so tasty and tender. The service was super friendly and polite. The old-school restaurant vibe and decor added to the charm. We loved it and definitely recommend it. Excited to go back next time I'm in town!
Laid back, interesting decor, I got the impression its a local hang out. Friendly server.
the wait to be seated was awkward then i realized I had entered the side of the bar, and I guess there's only a bartender to man the tables and bar?? we had onion rings and wings on this "Chicken Wings" Tuesday. drinks: BareFoot Chardonnay & a Heineken.
