River Tides at Greystone

We just moved in 3 weeks ago and can already see how hard the staff works. The property is extremely clean, well maintained and the views are spectacular. Gerson, the superintendent is outstanding! He is professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. If you need anything, there’s always someone on hand to assist you. Everyone has been wonderful.
I was born and raised in NYC and never thought I would ever leave or be happy anywhere else but I was wrong! We made a perfect decision to move into this building! I highly recommend River Tides and look forward to being a member of this welcoming community. A+++

We moved in here about 2 weeks ago and so far it's been nothing but great. It started with Alexandra, our leasing rep, who made us feel instantly welcome in the building and community. She was tremendous to work with through the whole process of applying and getting approved and has continued to be helpful with any need we may have. Her manager, Danielle, was also very helpful and accommodating to us when our move went awry and required a second day.
The super, Gerson, could not be a better person and super if he tried. He knows what's wrong immediately and solves the problem quickly and correctly.
And the community they create in this building is amazing. Everyone is very friendly and introduces themselves welcoming us to the building.
So far we are very happy here and look forward to being here for a while!

She was professional, kind, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right fit. I just moved in to River Tides a month and a half ago and can't say enough great things about it. I had a great experience with the leasing managers, Danielle and Susan, and the super Gerson has been extremely helpful and friendly, helping me sort out a few issues easily.
I absolutely love coming home to the river views, the courteous staff and wonderful concierges at the front desk. Also, every aspect of the building is well-maintained, making it feel sparkling, clean and new.
I recently had to have hip surgery and being able to be in an apartment that is full of light with beautiful ever-changing views of the river and the Palisades has made the weeks of being stuck indoors feel like a luxury.
I look forward to getting to be back on my feet to use the gym and spa- both huge draws to me when I first visited, along with the pool and the various public spaces.
The residents have been super friendly and I already signed up for a couple of upcoming events hosted by the building.
In short, I couldn't be more pleased with this building, the staff and all it has to offer. It's a real gem- I never thought apartment living would feel this luxurious and homey at the same time. I look forward to the months ahead and hope to stay here for some time. It's a very special place!
