I had no prior experience with acupuncture before my first visit. My wife recommended that I give it a try due to some ongoing health concerns, and I'm truly glad I took her advice. Not only has my health improved significantly, but I've also learned strategies for maintaining overall wellness.

Cindy and Rocio are exceptional practitioners who listen carefully to my needs during each session. The Herbal medicine recommendations they give have been beneficial and have become a part of my health routine. Both my wife and I are extremely satisfied with the care we've received.

I highly recommend their services to anyone who feels frustrated with the limitations of conventional Western medicine.

I went into Riverdale Holistic Center not really knowing what to expect. The receptionist Bianca was super friendly very nice, they are all great. I had a consultation with Cindi. She took her time to listen to me and thoroughly hear what my concerns were. She asked questions I answered, and it seemed to be a good fit. I went in there for several things such as fatigue, sinus pressure, headaches, stress, and overall hormonal imbalance. I have also been trying to conceive for over three years with no success, as I experienced multiple miscarriages. Doctors have not been able to find the root cause, except to state that I have unexplained infertility. Cindi Suggested that what I was suffering from was adrenal fatigue, and that we should focus on balancing hormones, getting my stress under control, getting better sleep, and practicing better eating habits. Once those things were in order, we can focus on fertility. To make a long story short, after just two sessions, I already began to feel better. There were a number of supplements that Cindi put me on, also making certain lifestyle changes. I walked in there knowing that nothing is guaranteed but having the most positive hope and willingness to give this a shot. I am excited to report that after just a little over a month of working with Cindi, I am expecting my rainbow baby. I continue working with Cindy, and we have now upped the sessions to twice a week. I cannot recommend her enough. Remember, all situations are different but if you believe it will work, put the time, the effort, the commitment, and faith into it, nothing is impossible. Riverdale Holistic Center is an absolute game changer. Cindi is my hero.

My experiences with Cindiraina and Riverdale Acupuncture Center have been wonderful. Cindriana is warm, professional, knowledgeable and thorough. I have had great experiences from my initial evaluation to ongoing assessment and often am amazed at how much I benefit from various treatments - eg, after my first knee pain treatment I was able to squat much deeper. Their staff is accommodating, helpful, make sure I always get my paperwork for insurance reimbursement and welcoming. Overall has been an excellent experience!

The Acupuncturist here are very personable, knowledgeable and caring. Look for Cindy and Rocio, they are both amazing. The service here has helped me with eczema, energy, digestion, detoxification, and sleep.

Every session with Cindiraina has been wonderful. Calm, peaceful, and effective. Her expertise is deep and that is very comforting. I’m feeling great benefits from our sessions together.
