Appointments should be set with a 2hr window. No care for anyone’s time and the staff enjoys being a bit rude to make the situation better for the patient. Don’t recommend.
I’ve been going to Dr Rizzo for over 10 years. I never had an issue with doc. The staff is questionable. Getting results for procedures was annoying. After a visit for my prescription, I have to call again to make sure it gets sent over to my pharmacy. That’s annoying. I work in a professional office that doctors depend on and as a professional I make sure doctors get pt results right away. Including this office.
Dr Rizzo and Dr Smith are good Doctors. I’ve been with the practice since 2011. Although My experience with Doctor Smith has only been two years, I find his care of good quality.
Sadly the receptionist and getting blood work updates isn’t a good experience. Sometimes the attendants are rude as well. The Doctors are great but the staff can use a attitude adjustment (respectfully)
