Max came to my home and I was impressed with his knowledge, use of technology to evaluate my roof and his courtesy. He did not rush. He took his time, went over all aspects of the roof, and answered all my questions. He provided me with a report and a To-Do list of things I can do to extend the life of my roof. Now I know exactly what the status is of my roof, how much time I have left on it, and the opportunity to plan the replacement without waiting for it to fail. Thank you Max. I live in an old building (Built 1910). The building was gut renovated in 2007 but the work that was done on the roof was not the best quality. I was concerned that an inspection of the roof to determine what was needed would be biased coming from a roofing company, so I paid for an inspection from Max Cohen since he is an independent certified inspector.
