Ross Electric

I had an emergency issue with my service box glowing in a spot. NYSEG came out to say it was a grounding issue. I called Ross Electric and they were able to send someone right away and put in new grounding rods along with fixing other hazardous wiring. My service person James excellent, professional, and knowledgeable.

Excellent experience so far with Ross Electric and Mike Burkey in maintaining the generator for my new home. Mike is extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and the staff at Ross are consistently helpful and responsive. Kudos.

Tech was pretty good, seemed to have solid skills, but didn't have a particular faceplate and instructed us to get one and told us how to put it on, instead of returning with the desired faceplate. We were charged for 1 and a half hours of time, which he stated included his drive time to our residence. Bill totaled just over $200. Overall, he did a good job though. Job consisted of capping a dead outlet, replacing an outlet, and adding an outlet cover.

I am extremely pleased with the service I received from Ross Electric. They responded to my text communication on a Saturday right away and wanted to schedule A.S.A.P, as it was not emergency I scheduled for Tuesday. The electrician came at scheduled time and was able to resolve my electric issue right away. I would highly recommend very profession, courteous and prompt service.
